The Manager-Marketing (Business Conversion) will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into clients, providing exceptional client support and servicing, and leveraging CRM proficiency for data-driven decision-making. This role also involves preparing and presenting comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, and client relationship management within an integrated marketing agency.
- Business Conversion:
• Develop and implement effective strategies to convert leads generated from digital marketing
campaigns into business opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the creative & strategy team to create targeted campaigns that drive high-quality leads.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales/pitch presentations and proposals.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to lead conversion and sales performance. - Client Support and Servicing:
• Provide 100% client support and ensure exceptional client servicing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored
marketing solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and
effectively. - CRM Proficiency:
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain client information.
• Analyze CRM data to gain insights into client behaviour and preferences.
• Generate reports on conversion rates, sales performance, and client engagement to inform strategy
and decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system - Deck & Marketing Strategy Preparation & Presentation:
• Prepare comprehensive marketing strategies and presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with the Strategy & Creative teams to develop cohesive marketing plans.
• Present marketing strategies to clients, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to push the roll-out plans to achieve the common goal.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure strategies are innovative and effective.
Required Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a marketing or business development role, preferably within
an integrated marketing agency.
• Proven track record of successfully converting leads into clients and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
